Conservatory is closing for refurbishment as of February 15, 2012 and reopening in July as Melbourne's premier buffet restaurant. After this time, Mesh buffet at Crown Promenade Hotel is open 7 days a week and offers contemporary buffet and a la carte dining.
With soaring ceilings and views over the river to the CBD, Conservatory is an elegant and relaxed place to dine at any time of day. Enjoy a wide range of unique buffet dishes prepared by Conservatory's talented chefs, offering the best of Eastern and Western cuisine.
Seafood is a highlight, with fresh prawns, daily fish dishes and freshly-shucked oysters. An à la carte menu is also available - and don’t miss Tiffin Afternoon Tea, a decadent way to spend a Sunday afternoon. The Conservatory Lounge overlooks the dramatic Crown Atrium and serves espresso coffee, a wide range of teas, sumptuous wines and Champagnes, boutique beers and an array of delicious cocktails.
